Eternal Fleur was founded in the heart of New York City. We are a luxury preserved rose arrangements retailer. Our preserved roses last for at least four seasons or longer. All of our florals are responsibly sourced and naturally preserved. We are looking for an intern who is studying business, marketing, or ecommerce.
Requirements:- Communication is our #1 requirement, must be able to communicate with your team and customers
- Knowledge of Excel and Gmail Email
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving skills (The customer is our #1 priority)
- Organized, dedicated, and responsible
- Ability to prepare and mail daily orders

- Cold calling and researching potential wholesale/ecommerce opportunities
- Assisting with events and photoshoots
- Assisting with PR and bloggers/influencers
- Assemble rose arrangement boxes (You will be trained on this as well as an systems that we use)
- Prepare and fulfill the orders properly and efficiently
- Keep track of inventory (roses, boxes, supplies, etc)
