Erich Soldat Textile Agency LLC is looking for General Intern
We represent high end European fabric manufacturers and sell to the designer- and couture trade in the USA. We also handle bridal clientele. Our interns are tasked to organize the fabric collections, assist in pricing the various fabrics and also do some filing
we would love an intern that is interested in learning about fabric manufacturing and would love to work with designers and study, how a product is developed and placed in a collection
- arranging and labeling of new fabric collections
- pricing fabric samples and distributing them to various clients in the garment center
- attending fabric meetings with clients in our showroom
- mailing samples
- delivering and picking up fabric selections at client's premises
- following deliveries and scheduling the occasional appointment
