Elizabeth Kennedy is looking for Design Internship
Luxury womenswear RTW brand with an evening aesthetic and full range of leather goods produced in Italy. Design Intern will also partake in the runway show/presentation at Fashion Week In February and look book and campaign shoots.

Knowledge in: fashion design, sewing, pattern making, drawing, art, garment district
Key daily responsibilities:
Overseen by the Assistant Designer, you will work in the atelier on various day-to-day needs of the Collection. Duties may include:
· Work closely with the entire team in order to assist with projects
· Communicate and operate smoothly with all levels of management, staff, clientele, and outside vendors
· Pick up and drop off trims, fabrics, etc to the garment district to sample rooms
· Maintain general organizational responsibilities including maintenance of studio
· Put together presentation boards including sketches of garments and swatches
· Complete pattern copies
· Assist with fittings
· Work on Excel spreadsheets
· Categorize and file fabric archive
· Create and copy artworks for embroideries
· Cutters Musts assistance
· Depending on skill: Assist in hand sewing, beading, etc.
