DALYA is a New York–based women’s custom clothing brand redefining tailoring through a female lens. We are looking for a Fashion Business & Retail Intern to join our SoHo showroom and gain hands-on experience across sales, client experience, and brand building.
This role is ideal for students interested in the business side of fashion — from retail operations and client relationships to marketing and brand growth.

Who You Are
• Currently studying Fashion Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Interested in the business, retail, and client-facing side of fashion
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excited to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Comfortable interacting with clients and representing the brand

What You’ll Do
You will work closely with the founder and team, supporting both day-to-day showroom operations and broader business initiatives:
• Support in-store sales and client experience during bespoke appointments
• Assist our Lead Style Consultant with fittings, styling, and appointment preparation
• Learn and contribute to client relationship management (CRM) and client outreach
• Help track client orders, samples, and production timelines
• Assist with sales outreach and client acquisition efforts
• Support visual merchandising and showroom presentation
• Assist the CEO with business tracking, organization, and day-to-day operations
• Support social media content creation and execution
• Assist with fabric sourcing, organization, and inventory management
