Skills and experience:
• ecommerce or digital marketing experience preferred
• Team player and excellent project management skills together with the ability to work across functional areas (sales, marketing, operations, finance, management, etc)
• Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to work with different cultures, highly organized and detail oriented
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to perform business analyses
• Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Functions of Job:
Key responsibilities include new item setup, site audits, upkeep of marketing calendar, and CARS optimization.
Specific Job Responsibilities/Accountability:
- Assist in the implementation of the key account strategy across digital platforms (i.e. web, mobile, social media) for the retailer.com accounts
- Support the team in the definition and execution of the brand growth strategies for the retailer.com channel, specifically providing ideas for marketing campaigns/initiatives, managing the seasonal marketing calendars and associated plans
- Gather competitive intelligence and analyze relevant marketing data (i.e. retail sales, value shares, competitor activity, pricing, etc.) to assess the effectiveness of the digital marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Perform brand shop site audits on a seasonal basis, identifying opportunities to facilitate navigation, drive traffic and conversion; act as the key point of contact with key accounts and Creative in the implementation of brand shop updates, managing creative requests and providing creative assets to key accounts
- Work closely with brand teams to ensure all assets online are within usage rights and product pages match new launch and core collection Digital Toolkits
- Manage the product comp and copy request process for philosophy and fragrance launches with both local and global brand teams
- Assist in the forecasting and allocation of marketing tools, such as sampling and GWP
- Assist in addressing and coordinating daily requests with Global, Marketing, Creative and Sales Admin
