Corin DeMarco is a New York City based lifestyle and apparel startup seeking a part-time paid design, production, and business intern to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company and get hands-on experience. Projects will include product development and production for our Fall 2022 collections, design research, and marketing. We’re a small, agile startup looking for a motivated intern who is ready to get involved with all aspects of the company and build new skills. Hours are flexible and work will be remote with some in-person collaboration (as much as possible).
• Product design skills including sketch and illustration, cad and flats, technical design, pattern making, fitting, sourcing
• Interest in fashion production and management;
• Passion for social media and emerging technologies and platforms;
• Capable of working independently; and ability to multi-task
• Willing to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
• Design, develop and produce new products;
• Research historical fashion styles, and new fabric sources;
• Explore influencer marketing opportunities;
• Generate business development and social media ideas
• Work closely with team to ensure that projects are completed according to deadlines.
This internship is paid.
