Description:We are offering a Student Work Placement Internship opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to gain experience on a fixed term work placement within our Coach Europe UK PR department.
We are looking for an enthusiastic students to gain experience on a fixed term work placement within our Coach Europe UK PR department. Through shadowing and assisting our PR team, you will gain first-hand experience of the busy luxury fashion PR team works.

Requirements:Qualities we are looking for the placement:
-Must be studying and undertaking a Work Placement as part of your course.
-Previous experience in a Fashion Press office is beneficial.
-Basic understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook, essential.
-Knowledge of the UK media landscape is essential
-Must be intuitive and have confidence to work in a fast pace environment.
-Must be reliable with excellent organizational skills and very strong attention to detail.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Must be based in London
Responsibilities:Tasks you will undertake whilst at Coach Europe will include:
-Screening daily for press coverage
-Collating and scanning relevant press coverage
-Archiving press cuttings and updating cuttings library
-Assisting with upcoming shows and events
-Assisting with social media and blogger ambassadors
-Assist with daily send outs, speaking with relevant stylists and assistants to coordinate deliveries and returns.
-Identifying overdue samples
-Maintaining fashion cupboard and showroom
-Compiling coverage reports
-Assisting the In-house PR team in ad hoc office duties and administrative tasks
-Assisting with seasonal look book mail outs
-Helping to maintain In-house PR team’s press contacts database
-GPS sample management assisting with the logging and archiving of collections
What you will learn / we will teach you:
-Learn a key eye for detail and research, assisting the team with research and coverage
-An overall grasp the UK media landscape
-Learn the different elements that a busy in house office needs to function, assisting with ad hoc documents and tasks.
-Experience in a modern luxury environment
-Exposure with other areas of the business including wholesale, digital, marketing & VIP and how they collaborate together in the communications sector
