• Knowledge or interest in : Logistics, Wholesale, Supply Chain Management or Production
• Highly motivated and dynamic
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Great organizational skills
• Comfortable with retail math and data analysis
• Computer skills: Excel**, Power Point, Outlook
Responsibilities:• Knowledge or interest in : Logistics, Wholesale, Supply Chain Management or Production

• Computer skills: Excel**, Power Point, Outlook
• Manage Invoices for each Wholesale Customer - virtually file invoices for each customer; check the status of each invoice on portal
• Review shipment pre-alert documents and create appropriate virtual stock location in M3 for each shipment prior to delivery
• Update “Wholesale arrivals” spreadsheet – log incoming flights, US Customs releases and delivery dates to DC.
• Maintain outbound shipping log and folders – update small carrier shipping log with tracking information, file and “connect” PODs daily in M3 for department store pickups and small carrier shipments.
• Update “Purchase Order Verification” spreadsheet – check validity of Purchase Orders using Wholesale Customers Portals; add new Purchase Orders or modify existing Purchase Order(s) shipping windows as instructed.
• Extract EDI documents/labels from portal and virtually file
• Assist team with a variety of administrative tasks – i.e. data entry, ad hoc reporting
