Top Fashion Mobile App(office headquartered in Manhattan NYC) is seeking to hire an extremely detail oriented Creative Social Media/ Fashion Blogger Intern to report directly to our CEO. Job description: You will be working directly with our cofounder to help her prepare for Winter Fashion Week in NYC. The Social Media and Fashion Blogger Intern will be working on a fashion blog highlighting our events and other fashion events going on all over the world, as well as creating engaging social media post to help boost our brand awareness on all social media accounts.
1+ year(s) of experience in social media, as well as digital media and marketing. PASSION FOR FASHION, as well as knowledge of the fashion industry. Technology and mobile/ wearable app enthusiast with a passion for the space. Pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team. Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines. Friendly personality and effective written and oral communication skills. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience. CRM, SEM, SEO and event experience is a plus. The ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly. Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills. Cultivate business relationships through networking, industry events, and speaking opportunities. Some social media background and good customer relationship skills. A marketing specialization is not necessary.
Write blog posts highlighting Fashion events that we have attended or are going on around the world. Creating content, managing logistics and assisting with setup at our events. Daily updates, monitoring and posting on social media networks, blogs and forums. Online outreach and promotion using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more. Organization of logistics and participation at our live events. Administrative and operational duties.
