PR and sales showroom coordination,
Co-write/edit sales and PR materials such as: media kits, press releases, sales conditions, save the date and invitations, press kits…
Courier samples/ gifts and look book to stylists, editors and buyers,
Daily media alerts on printed and digital platforms
Research on digital and social media of new outlets (blogs, influencers, stores and magazines)
Maintain editorial press book and managing publications send outs to clients,
Assist with administrative duties,
Coordinate with trade-shows during Market Weeks in the US,
Assist with buying meetings, press desk sides, trunk shows and presentations
Assist with media and buying requests (materials, …)
Manage Social Media accounts
