Boutique New York & Dubai-based PR & Sales firm for fashion, beauty, lifestyle and hospitality.
Requirements:Description of the internship -
- PR and sales showroom coordination,
- Co-write/edit sales and PR materials such as: media kits, press releases, sales conditions, save the date and invitations, press kits…
- Courier samples/ gifts and look book to stylists, editors and buyers,
- Daily media alerts on printed and digital platforms
- Research on digital and social media of new outlets (blogs, influencers, stores and magazines)
- Maintain editorial press book and managing publications send outs to clients,
- Assist with administrative duties,
- Coordinate with trade-shows during Market Weeks in the US,
- Assist with buying meetings, press desk sides, trunk shows and presentations
- Assist with media and buying requests (materials, …)
- Manage Social Media accounts
- Assist with new clients prospecting
