Baci is an Italian womenswear brand known for its effortless silhouettes, thoughtful design, and elevated approach to everyday dressing. We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated intern to join our team and be part of the creative and operational side of the brand. This is a 3-month opportunity with room to grow into a paid role based on performance.
Timeline: 3 months
Commitment: 3 days per week, 5 hours per day (flexible for school schedules)
Location: DUMBO, Brooklyn, NY
Type: Part-time
Compensation: Unpaid internship with a $20/day stipend and $200 monthly clothing allowance, with potential to transition into a paid position upon completion

-Genuine interest in fashion, brand development, and creative direction
-Highly organized with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Experience with social media platforms and basic understanding of AI tools is preferred
-Familiarity with Shopify is a plus, but not required

-Supporting seasonal collection launches, including organization, merchandising, and overall narrative
-Creating product copy for both e-commerce and wholesale platforms
-Gaining hands-on experience with Shopify, including product setup, inventory tracking, and site organization
-Assisting the Creative Director on set with styling, shoot preparation, and production coordination
-Maintaining inventory accuracy and organizing stock across categories
-Learning the workflow of a wholesale fashion business, including buyer relationships and order management
-Contributing to marketing efforts and campaign execution
-Supporting content creation for social media, including behind-the-scenes and product-focused assets
-Assisting in building and maintaining relationships with retail partners while developing sales awareness
