Requirements:As a part-time Showroom Assistant, this opportunity is designed for individuals seeking to pivot to a growing start-up with the ability to maintain a full-time job, other part-time roles and freelance jobs. The role will require work on an as-needed basis when the Showroom Manager needs support during traveling shows, events and the holiday season. This role will work directly with the retail team and report to our showroom location in central Houston, 3209 Westheimer. Talents, skill sets and work ethic will be assessed to transition the part-time role into full-time should the business's needs and the candidate's skill sets align.
Part-time assistance will be needed Monday - Saturday 8am - 5pm and sometimes later with holidays and events.
This position is for Houston area candidates only and will be paid hourly with compensation dependent on level of experience in the industry.

Showroom merchandising, maintenance and organization
support and manage in-store events. Inventory maintenance + organization of product flow from various locations support stocking the cottage floor with necessary product from warehouse
ensure clients have a high-end, elevated and pleasant shopping experience. Maintain a working knowledge of fashion, styling and current trends. Monitor porch pick ups. Support holiday gift wrap efforts + delivery service. Execution of opening and closing procedures. Maintain a tidy, clean, exceptional space
must have a go-getter and "yes!" attitude. Must be a team player.
