ARMARIUM INC. is looking for Sales Intern
Armarium provides members with access to the runway’s most rarefied and coveted pieces— all of which can be borrowed when needed, without the hassle of dry cleaning, storage, or that age old question: “When will I ever wear this again?” That’s the beauty of Armarium; you don’t have to. Comprised of an elite team of fashion insiders, Armarium was officially launched in April 2016 through a mobile app, e-commerce platform, and a New York City showroom. We will be hosting a Pop Up in West Hollywood, catering to the our West Coast Clients for the remainder of Awards Season, from February 2nd to March 5th.
*1-2 years of retail sales experience preferably in a luxury store
*Fashion education and retail background preferred
*Confidence, especially when speaking about designers, fit & our inventory
*Passionate and knowledgable about styling, fashion and current trends
*Organized, proactive, quick learner with experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment
*Organized and responsible
*Multi tasker, detail oriented, fast thinker
*Excel knowledge
*Strong verbal and written communication skills *Willingness to learn
*Ability to multitask, switch gears quickly
*Exemplify the highest level of customer service standards
*Knowledge of showroom inventory including brands, looks and sizes
*Keeping track of inventory that’s with clients, dry cleaners & pop ups
*Liaising with clients, messaging service and cleaners via phone and email
*Working with our in house stylist regarding rentals and sales
*Interacting with FedEx via creating labels, tracking shipments
*Looking after the care of the clothing, especially with damages
*Stock merchandise in the showroom or prepare for immediate distribution
*Ensure that merchandise is safely stored, properly photographed & logged
*Assist in all showroom appointments alongside Lead & Freelance Stylists
*Ensure client’s needs are met with pre and post appointment follow ups
*Maintain showroom: checking garments and overall visual display
*Sourcing events clients attend & proactive outreach
