High organizational skills, Strong time management , Proficiency with word-processing and spreadsheet programs, Experience working in a fast paced and dynamic environment, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Multi- tasker and detail oriented, Good memory and fast thinking
Organizing travel and accommodations, Schedule meetings, Answering phones and routing calls to the correct person or taking messages, Helping prepare for meetings, Using various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software, Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, routing correspondence and initiating telecommunications, Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
