This internship is unpaid.
Directly assist sales and management in delivering an exceptional client experience. While working directly with inquiring customers & retailers/boutiques, intern will work on a Sales, Marketing, and Operations project at the studio or from home during the internship. The overall internship should be hands on and provide insight into the start-up of a luxury fashion brand. The intern will work directly with Andrew, the founder and creative director.

• Must display a high level of maturity, poise, and finesse to work with luxury.
• Beyond passionate about the luxury fashion industry, such as couture fashion houses.
• Flexible, able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced and start-up environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to hand multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Previous experience in luxury retail or hospitality.
• Flexible and available to work 2-3 days per week within the following hours of operation: Monday thru Friday (list times preferred).
• Know how to use QuickBooks software.
• Must be able to receive school credit.

• Coordinate with retailers and boutiques in maintaining supply inventory, deliveries, and quality check.
• Maintaining back office administration and shipping tasks as needed.
• Manage stock set up as well as back stock maintenance.
• Upload brand image by maintaining professional demeanor at all times.
• Propose and discuss a project to work on for 3 months on a strategic and innovative pricing/merchandising plan.
• Reaching out and communicating with targeted bridal retailers and getting trunk shows organized.
• Analyzing competing brands strategies and their reach, and applying it to our brand.
• Assisting with trunk shows
• Garment District meetings
• Assist on weekly QuickBooks accounting updates.
• Coordinate with retailers and boutiques in maintaining supply inventory, deliveries, and quality check.
