Directly assist Andrew Kwon with PR, Marketing & Social Media in delivering an innovative, modern, and elegant experience and strategies. While working directly with Andrew, the Founder & Creative Director, the intern will work with any vendors associated with the brand. Intern will work alongside with the Sales team, to create a marketing plan which will be executed frequently. The overall internship should be hands on and provide insight into the start-up of a luxury fashion brand. On a day to day, the intern will work within the team to create social media plans and ideas for content creation, to be executed after approval from Andrew.

• Previous PR experience is required.
• Expert in social media including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest.
• Beyond passionate about the luxury fashion industry, such as couture fashion houses.
• Multi-tasker and proactively seeks out opportunities to support the team with a can-do and follow-through attitude.
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Expert attention to detail
• Expert in the use of social media, including Instagram, TikTok, WordPress, Facebook, and Twitter.
• Flexible and available to work 2-3 days per week within the following hours of operation: Monday thru Friday (list times preferred).
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier.
• Plan and manage social media posts across different platforms.
• Develop strategies on furthering brand notice.
• Reach out to ANDREW KWON contacts for current & upcoming, and future projects.
• Reading and reporting past and just released articles from major publications, and creating a data table of the editor who wrote the article.
• Analyze other brand’s PR & Marketing strategies and apply to our brand.
• Develop and present a 3-month long innovative project of PR & Marketing that is applicable to our brand.
• Maintaining poised, professional, and friendly relationships with any supports of the brands, including stylists, buyers, mentors, and customers.
• Organizing and maintaining style pulls for press and influence.
• Assisting with trunk shows
• Garment district runs and meetings
• Creating interesting and visually appealing text overlay on images, for ads or marketing posts
