ALLEN SCHWARTZ was founded in 2017 to provide contemporary yet timeless pieces for women. We are a team of inspired collaborators who love the advanced contemporary market and care about improving it.
We are looking for a motivated, self-starter to assist with PR-related tasks including social media development, trend research, competitor analyses and influencer gifting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Ability to manage multiple tasks with limited guidance, Must be passionate & interested in the contemporary fashion market, Availability to work 2-3 days per week, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel), Should be eligible for school credit, Experience preferred but not required, Must have a desire to learn and have fun !
Assist PR/Marketing Department with day-to-day tasks, Handle influencer and editor gifting campaigns, Coordinate and track LA stylist loans for photoshoots & events, Assist with digital copywriting (social media profiles / e-commerce), Conduct weekly trend research and present competitor analysis reports, Work on location to assist with e-com & lookbook photoshoots /// You will NOT be fetching coffee or running errands -- this position is for a hard-working, confident individual who can work both independently and as part of a (cool) team
