This internship is unpaid.
Allegra Vintij is a vintage boutique curated with pre-loved vintage clothing for men and women. We carry a range of decades from the 1950s through the 2000s with a wide range of product assortment. We are currently looking for an Inventory Management Intern to work out of our Brooklyn showroom to learn and grow with the company. Working with inventory in a showroom is an essential learning experience in the fashion industry and is a great entry-level learning experience!
Requirements:Requirements:
Must be a current student or just graduated from university or trade school. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must be able to commute to the showroom every day the internship takes place. Must be fluent in English. Must be available Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays.

Responsibilities:
Inventory Management Intern Daily Functions:
* Unpack all new merchants from each sourcing day.
* Steam all new merchandise and clean off all accessories and new leather items.
* Check all inventory for damages and make note of them in our excel file.
* Log in all new inventory including costs, brand, color, origin, fabric, description, price, market, and sourcing date on all new items.
*At the end of each month, log all inventory into our E-commerce platform for uploading.
*Facilitiate and organize all commerce photoshoots.
* Inform the team of low stock tags, fabric scent, etc.
* Assist in packing all inventory for markets.
This is an unpaid internship. You will be compensated for transportation.
