Alex Woo Inc. is looking for Sales and Operations Intern
Alex Woo is a boutique Fine Jewelry company, regularly featured in magazines such as InStyle, Town & Country, Marie Claire, W Magazine and People. We are looking for an Intern to work in our midtown office.
This is an internship with potential for growth and is mainly focused on gaining experience with Sales and Operations. This opportunity allows hands-on experience and should be someone who is interested in learning about jewelry and/or accessories sales.
-Sales and/or retail experience is a plus.
- Must currently be enrolled in an accredited university or college. School credit mandatory.
- Must be PC and internet savvy. Self-starter, who enjoys being a part of a close team.

- Provide overall support for all operations in the office including administrative tasks and managing supplies and inventory needed to run the office.
- Assist with all of the operations of a fine/fashion jewelry showroom.
- Opportunity to work with the shipping and production department
-Weekly retail store visits that include merchandising of inventory and interacting with sales associates as well as potential customers.
- Potential to help with wholesale accounts and with research of prospective new accounts
-Potential to help with social media and marketing opportunities. If strong creative writing skills are possessed there may be an opportunity to help with preparing the social media content.
This internship is unpaid.
