Alejandra Alonso Rojas is a luxury womenswear brand based in NYC. Founded in 2015, AAR combines soft, feminine dressing, hand knits, leathers and fur to create a feminine, modern wardrobe with a hint of minimalism. As a production intern, one has a chance to learn the entire process behind the creation and execution of a luxury product.
Requirements:- Motivated and organized
- Team player and a go-getter mentality
- Strong sense of color, fabrications, materials, and trims
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel + Adobe InDesign
- Familiarity with the garment district a plus
- Patternmaking and sewing skills a strong plus
Responsibilities:- Team player and a go-getter mentality

- Assisting the production manager with day-to-day tasks
- Relaying information and materials between the production and design/development teams
- Assisting the team with quality control, labeling, and packaging of all merchandise
- Studio Organization of all materials, trims, fabrics, etc.
- Sourcing fabrics, trims and materials in the Garment District
- Relaying information and materials between the production and design/development teams
