Adirondack Field is looking for Design, Production, and Business Intern
Adirondack Field a Lake Placid-based lifestyle and apparel startup seeking a part-time (5-7 hours weekly with more time possible), paid design, production, and business intern to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company and establish an exclusive Adirondack brand. Projects will include product development and production, social media, and marketing. We’re a small, agile startup looking for a motivated intern who is ready to get involved with all aspects of the company and build new skills. Hours are flexible and work will be remote with some in-person collaboration possible.
• Product design skills including sketch and illustration, cad and flats, technical design, patternmaking, fitting, sourcing
• Access to cutting and sewing equipment
• Interest in fashion production and management;
• Passion for social media and emerging technologies and platforms;
• Capable of working independently; and
• Willing to take on new challenges and learn new skills.
• Design, develop and produce new products;
• Identify new fabric sources;
• Explore influencer marketing opportunities;
• Generate social media ideas
• Work closely with team to ensure that projects are completed according to deadlines.
This internship is paid.
