37 Orchard is a private label with cut & sew knits, wovens and sweaters for Juniors and Missy categories. Seeking a talented fashion design intern to join our team!
Requirements:Our perfect intern should be a Fashion Design major, well-versed in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, be able to use both a Mac and PC, research current and future trends, and be extremely detail-oriented. Experience with Sharepoint is a bonus. Unpaid or college credit only but potential for a full-time opportunity! Minimum 15 hours per week.
Responsibilities:An average day for you might look like:
- Checking in and tagging incoming proto samples
- Take photos of samples and upload to Sharepoint
- Research trends for all categories
- Flat-sketching and CADs for customers
- Administrative work such as filing submits, creating shipping labels, etc
- Absorbing priceless experience in the fashion industry :)
