Welcome to my new blog! Many of you have tweeted and e-mailed me asking about my life, views on fashion and fashion internships. What better place to answer those questions than on a blog? I can’t wait to share my world with you, and hear what you guys have to say.
The reason why my new blog isn’t called “the FreeFashionInternships.com Blog,” or anything remotely similar to FreeFashionInternships.com is because while I definitely hold my experiences as an intern close to my heart, I am no longer an intern. Yes, I will frequently post internship-related content as I can, but I also plan on covering things beyond the scope of internships.
As you can see, we are under HEAVY construction – everything should be beautiful by October 15th, so please bear with me until then. If anything, the theme can serve as an indicator of what the new FreeFashionInternships.com is going to look like…

Hey Carla I think this is great!..As I told you before my daughter(12) is interested in the fashion industry as a career and I love all of the opportunities you share with us. I tell her that it’s hard work but it would be great to tell her some of the experiences of someone who has actually gone through it. I look forward to reading your blog.
